really want to meditate like this figure !… In doing so, I calm down and temporarily forget all constraints. It is also the game to attain the Divine goal ! In the morning, as soon as I am aware, I sit cross-legged on the bed. One hand inside the other, eyes closed, the mind does not have time to come in. I let my heart turn naturally towards the Source and I consciously send my love and gratitude to the Divine. Breathing in and out acts like a bellows on the embers of the heart… Soon, I perceive a vibration in the hands, the arms and then in the heart center…
